Freight Items:

Due to product weight, size, shape, or safety standards, most items are not deliverable by parcel carrier, and require safe delivery via common freight carrier. In these instances, it is necessary to include a weight based freight charge due to the cost to deliver the product(s) to you. Shipping fees are configured according to weight and final destination.

The total delivery charge is clearly visible as you place the item(s) into your CleanXsolutions.com shopping cart.

For residential orders shipped by common carrier, normal delivery is to curbside and not inside the home. Should you need in-home delivery, in most cases the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges, and/or fees related to shipments with missed appointments or re-delivery.

Please contact CleanXsolutions.com directly if you have special instructions for delivery. Alternatively, please provide a signed special instruction note for the driver in a conspicuous location at the delivery location.

CleanXsolutions.com will accept any damaged item for exchange and we recommend that if your merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for CleanXsolutions.com to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify CleanXsolutions.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Original shipping charges are refunded on damaged returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to CleanXsolutions.com on returned items, and CleanXsolutions.com will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back. CleanXsolutions.com will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s).

CleanXsolutions.com strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
